Patrick is a data analyst for the Research & Evaluation Team. He completed his MPH at Boston University School of Public Health where he studied epidemiology, biostatistics, and community health sciences and worked as a research project manager for the alcohol research group at the Department of Health Law, Policy, and Management. He was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and considers San Francisco his home away from home. Patrick received his undergraduate degree in psychology from UCLA. He has worked in both public health research and program practice in the fields of HIV prevention and substance use treatment. His interests are in psychiatric/social epidemiology, chronic social and traumatic stress. Patrick, an extroverted introvert, dreams one day of sharing a beach-adjacent home with a rescue pitbull and a Welsh corgi. Patrick wants it known that he enjoys the theatre and will work for sushi.
