Shayna Greenberg, PhD is an experienced clinician, researcher, supervisor, and educator, with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in the implementation of evidence-based practices to empower youth and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and significant stress related to identity development. Her research focuses on the generation, dissemination, and evaluation of traditional and adapted evidence-based care shared via indigenous traditional, community, and online modalities to meet community members where they are. She is dedicated to collaboration to bridge mental health disparities and expand equity via engaging community and scientific experts; she has partnered with school staff and districts, universities, community-based organizations, and individuals to guide responsive revisions that can optimize accessibility, sustainability, congruence, and outcomes. She is passionate about continuing to equip communities with education to ground resilience, enhanced skills, and informed advocacy. Shayna currently serves as a postdoctoral fellow with the UCLA EMPWR Program and UCLA Child & Youth Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.
