Gustavo Loera is an experienced educator, researcher, and technical assistance provider with over two decades in the field. He specializes in designing and implementing impactful programs and strategies to promote mental health wellness and workforce development. His extensive experience includes collaborations with school districts, colleges, universities, government agencies, counties, and community-based organizations, focusing on prevention, early identification, and intervention. Gustavo is also dedicated to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and equity, ensuring people’s full participation in community life. His academic background includes an EdD in K-12 educational leadership from University of Southern California, an MA in clinical psychology, and a BA in psychology and Mexican-American/Chicano Studies from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Gustavo currently serves as a Curriculum Developer for the UCLA Prevention Center of Excellence.
